My Soft Legging offers you the option of a refund for most items, as long as it has not been damaged, stained, washed, deformed or worn and all tags are still intact along with the original packaging .
For reasons of hygiene, coveralls, tights, socks, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
You will have 30 days to return any purchase except items on sale and/or on promotion as they are considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We only accept returns/exchanges with the original receipt. To make a return, you must present us with the receipt or proof of purchase corresponding to the product purchased.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted at our sole discretion: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.


If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.

Where possible, we will refund the value of your returned items to the same payment method originally used when paying for the items.

If you paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and/or promotional items are non-refundable.


Regarding the exchange and / or refund of an item found to be defective or damaged, we reserve the right to designate any item that cannot be exchanged, and this, at our sole discretion.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us, so we encourage you to use a return package with delivery tracking.
